Most high-pressure coolant pumps run flat out all day, throttled by valves and wasting energy as heat and noise. This retrofit adds a variable-speed drive and closed-loop pressure control, so the pump delivers exactly the pressure the process needs — no more, no less. The inverter slows the pump to pass only what the nozzle needs — nothing dumped back to tank. Around 2.5 kW saved whether you're running 40 or 70 bar.
